Hi. My name is Ellie. I’m the founder of Solas, a space dedicated to connection and remembering. Awakening to the ancient stirring in our veins. Connecting to our ancestors and sharing in their wisdom. Syncing with the cycles and coming back to be at one with nature. Remembering ceremony and setting out a space to feel sacred and the time to remember our divinity.

A certified Yoga teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer and also a graduate of Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, my journey has led me from the West End Stage to Solas. Fusing my love of singing, music and story telling with my devotion to connection and healing, I create an opportunity to come within and create real transformative, intimate healing.
