This is a deeply relaxing journey through sound. Connecting with Crystal Tone Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Celtic Shamanic Drum, Ancient Ocarina Flute, the Voice and other healing instruments, I will create space and time for you to find true peace and a space in which you feel safe to open and receive these truly magical, transformative vibrations.

Sound Healing works vibrationally with our energetic body, to help clear any blockages in the body. It stimulates the Vagas Nerve, activating the para-sympathetic nervous system, sending the body into a state of rest and de-stress.

Sound brings the brain into a THETA state of creativity, insight, deep dreams and meditation. In the session, together we will connect to the our ancestors, to a deep place of inner wisdom and begin to remember our soul’s knowing.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy that helps us reduce stress and to clear any blockages in the body. It is a natural healing energy that works on every level of our being - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to cultivate deep states of peace and relief, allowing our body to heal as it knows best. It is a deeply relaxing experience, where I work hands on the body, listening and receiving messages and facilitating reiki to heal and let you drift off to other states, allowing and receiving.
